Crescent Moon began in 1999 when Simon Gerrard and Justine Corrie teamed up to share their passion and experience in event design and production. Since then their work has graced events ranging from star-studded weddings and charity dinners to intimate soirees and garden parties, creating some of the most stunningly stylish and unique décor for thousands of delighted clients. Together, Simon and Justine’s skills turn the initial vision into magical reality.
Simon has over 20 years experience of working within the events industry. Starting out in stage design and lighting within the Music Industry, Simon went on to run a highly successful club- décor business during the nineties.
Simon has a reputation as someone pleasurable to do business with, which has earned a loyal client base who return again and again.
Simon is passionate about the perfect finish, down to the very last detail and his hands-on experience in logistics and production have given him the tools he and his team require to bring total perfection to every Crescent Moon event.
Justine studied Film and Photography at St Martin’s School of Art and went on to travel extensively in Asia, Europe and the United States. During this time she worked as a freelance stylist and event producer.
Justine’s impeccable attention to detail and highly organised planning skills, coupled with her flair for design, give her the skills she needs to put together original and imaginative ideas that she and the team can then transform into the final breathtaking event design and décor.
Her experience traveling has left her with a keen aesthetic eye for design and a passion for collecting beautiful things.
